Suggestion:. Instead of having to give 2 stripes to relatively new ranks you could just drop kick down to 1 stripe or smiley for now. Smiley would only be able to kick a non rank. Former PCer and rank in the "R Quark", "TH Rares PC" and "Nex and SS" Friend's Chats. Now independently operating.

Lowest rank for kicking ability is Corporal (2 stripe)

@ New Years - I found a minor typo on the front page. Post 1.5, reporting in the fc - the first example should be IB/NIS. You have IB/NIB. Former PCer and rank in the "R Quark", "TH Rares PC" and "Nex and SS" Friend's Chats. Now independently operating.
