These are the posts that got my interests, the idea and people involved. This thread is currently on page 8, and will be around for several months for our viewing and creative absorbance.

Also, as we are praising these people I don't think any of this falls under "name and shame" rule, however, if it does I would appreciate it if a Forum Moderator would please inform us. Thanks!

Okay, whilst I think it's okay to give smiley ranks out like this, and that is fully acceptable to me, I certainly don't agree that a kick rank should be given out on such a basis - I personally feel you should either demote Glotz or make kickrank back to stars - you're setting a very dangerous precedence if you're going to give kickranks out on subjective grounds; giving reports in the fc in my opinion, whilst of course being helpful, does not warrant a rank to kick lol. Again this is nothing personal against Glotz as I agree his reports have been helpful - but definitely like I said, this does not warrant a kickrank.

I do see what you're saying. I think we can see each situation as a case by case basis on this subject. There is no "X-amount of updates given" to be rank, rather by the quality and community support and recognition. There will be some adjustments made going forward, as some people evidently were promoted too fast. Road to 5.4!
