I am a world 31 Veteran, the oldest w31 clan leader to be around and still here and I am Rose 2110, Queen of Varrock and Leader of the Royal Empire of w31. I pride myself on being cryptic and hidden, so that I have an advantage on each and every one of you.


I remember the first world 31 clan wars all the way to the first land claim ever made. When I say land claim it was more of a " get the heck off my turf" type situation but it was fair. I remember role-play fights and gatherings that occurred in Varrock and later Falador. I remember a huge swarm of people debating in the centre of Varrock after the White Knights once lost a fight.


I have a lot of morals. I keep telling others that they should never drag things through the dirt, never hold onto something you love when you know you have to let it go, crappy stuff like that. You see I never took my own advice, wish I had of and I think I would be a very different person.


I do have to admit your different to my generation, your kind of all the same in my eyes. And please don't take that in a bad way just well I can't explain things for **** so what I'm trying to say it your different, And if I was sitting around a table in Keldagrim 5 years ago discussing who would be the leaders of the future, I sure as hell wouldn't of though you lot, no offense. Your all very different and I damn well like that.


Ugh, anyway I always get sidetracked and you all make this quite difficult and this took me a week to decide to post and my mind is still regretting it even now but anyway.


I was raised on world 31 in bloodshed, I began some of that bloodshed and I was also one of the handful of leaders to say no to that bloodshed. Do not let this world turn into something it's not, it is not world 83 or world 42. It is world 31, and that is what's most unique about it.

You have to remember, I'm not like you leaders now I was raised for bloodshed and I was raised to fight til I had nothing left to even fight for. My clan, Varrock and world 31. But even the most stubborn must admit defeat sometimes, that includes you.
I surely hope you've catched the drift now that I'm leaving.


I can't and will not make any promises I won't be back, and I sure as hell am not going to make any promises that if I do ever come back that I wouldn't raise an army and start world war 3, buttttt... In the mean time I just wish you all luck. This is the longest I've gone without world 31, and world 31 means something to me some of you may not understand. It's the world I was taught to lead on, taught to care and it was the world I started a **** ton of wars for.

you're the generation to either make it or break it. Meaning your it, if you guys abandon world 31 there is no turning back, it'll be the end of a well written history book and there's nothing wrong with that. All I ask is that you do it with respect to the world and it's past history.
Never forget the history of world 31.

So with this I resign the Royal Empires commitment to this thread as the clan shall be retired peacefully in a grave on a hillside.

I know you are a clan of peace, but you have been a clan of war before and I have known your clan probably longer than some of your highest ranking officers. You may not be a veteran of this world, but you are over all a Veteran of its history whether you know it or not. Take care of this world.


To the Dominion of Kragon I give Seers Village and the Iceberg. You are veterans leaders of this world and as such I expect nothing but your upmost devotion and care for this world, no matter how much you dislike me or any other people here.


Beautiful Infernal Phoenix, I give to you Etceteria, Sinclair Mansion and Digsite. You are a clan of many people, but it is quality not quantity. Do not be persuaded by your peers, you are strong enough to make your own choices and you have only begun. Take care of this world, and treat your land and wisdom with care.


To the White Knights, your history has intertwined itself with the Royal Empire since the birth of your clan and mine. You may not know the history of your clan in full, or my involvement with yours but I do tell you this Jon would be proud. He would be so very proud, no matter how much he was afk. You are a Veteran. You are one of no, you are in the history books the oldest clan in world 31, that is I shall say until the Royal Empire comes through. I rest this worlds legacy in your hands, and if you do not run at it and grab it firmly then history shall be losed. I give to you Lumbridge, Canifis and Al Kharid. You, your clan I hold so dearly to my heart more than you know.
Make this world grand again, and if you cannot.. Then I ask you lay a Rose on the gravestone and polish it every once and awhile.

Ozz, Walter you are both magnificant creatures of brilliance, even when Ozz, I didn't agree with you. I just feel as if I should get this off my chest, I hate Big guy with a passion as well as Roi and I'm so glad they aren't here anymore.

This is to many words, my apologies. I don't know what to do with Varrock. I've had it so long it's almost as if you'd be taking a finger, if that's not odd sounding. Just, I do ask you leave it in my name only my name, and I shall think it over and uh... I don't know actually. I ask people to let me please decide on its fate in due time, out of respect.

If you require my attention ever, Skype is the best way to communicate with me, some of you have it so do with it what you will.

In the meantime, I suppose. If it's time to say it.


I Rose 2110 farewell you all, and wish you the best. If I happen to return again, I shall be in full force. If I do not, remember you are the generation, you are it. And you are a magnificent "it" if I do say so myself.

:( , If you are going, I'm glad you're giving your goodbyes at least. Ah, the fun times I had with you and the Royal Empire, from the first time I was sent to spy on you, to the last time I left you. Goodbye, maybe someday you'll come back. ;)

I'm gonna do those land trade transfers two per day, cause of the law we have against mass trading. I'll get all the land trades figured out, no need to worry.
