I am writing this post to talk about the state the fc is currently is.

Firstly, I believe we should Re implement the deranks that used to happen regularly. Its really been a while since the last de rank session happened. These de ranks sessions were helpful as it used to make people work towards keeping their ranks.
And I really think we should have the promotion of ranks the way it used to happen before or a totally different way if anyone can suggest.

Secondly, we really need to decide onto something as to what is to happen when there are issues to be discussed and other higher ranks are not present. With the number of higher ranks either quiting the game or not being online due to reasons. Because by the time a higher rank logs in to talk, the issue either doesn't matter at all or it has escalated a lot. Who are we supposed to talk to when there is a problem?

Thirdly, I also believe that we need the monthly titles to come back. I guess it is a good incentive for the small amount of other pcers that are pcing to keep the fc alive and functioning with their help have fun towards competing for the titles.

To be honest, posting the issue(s) on this forum is probably the best solution for discussion since ranks can read it at their own time and act accordingly to the severity. There is not much they can do as they all have their own irl schedules and timezone differences if you need to pm.


I believe monthly titles only interest a minuscule amount of pcers (like im talking about roughly, 2 or 3). I can see the concept behind them in motivating others but when there are so few interested, it is sort of redundant. There is also the fact that new pcers and non pcers do not know we have a separate forum from high level weapon.

1. deranking people is tough at the moment, yes I agree people should work to keep their ranks but the sad truth is we don't have many kranks that are active and I see the value of leaving people at kranks to enforce rules. We tried implementing an upkeep rule, but this didn't work out. I never removed it in the case it will be useful, but I don't see the fc as active as it used to be for this to be implemented in a beneficial way. As of right now to reiterate the point I see more value in having more people of krank status than not even if they can't pc like they used to.

2. I'm curious as to what issues need to be discussed? you can always post here or pm in game I'll admit i wasn't online closing out 2017, but i've been online recently and haven't seen many issues and the few ones that have risen have been resolved (mostly placing few people on ignore list).
