It was intentionally open for anyone. Also for old ranks it's a start to pc 5h/month again..

There was like a 2 hour time period where there were very few ranks - 2 smileys and a corporal, and there were no krs online in my fl or in the cc.

Yah sorry Gen, ignore the 5hrs post and please count the 6.5hrs post. I forgot to 'delete' that post, since I kept the pc's updated via that post. When I was done with pc'ing I posted a new final line to bring it down.
