In my eyes, it's the big clans who want activity, a non-biased league (in their terms) and land claims/wars, versus smaller clans who want to protect themselves and their communities from the big clans.

We can keep trying to avoid the coming together of each other but just remember Darwin, in terms of social relations and nature. Survival of the fittest; which World 31 operates upon.

The League needs to be sorted and the land distributed before someone seizes power in this anarchy of chaos. It's not a want; It's a necessity.

We agreed at meeting for everyone to post their ideas on thread roi, your the only one here relying entirely on his emotions instead of logic.

also, thats not the full theory of darwinism Hank.

In Darwinism, those who fail, do so because they are weak, they are weak because they are genetically inferior and deserve to fail to help strengthen the whole species.

The strong are genetically superior and deserve to rule to lead the species to further strength.

Under that kind of rule, we can never have a large population of clans here on world 31 for the weak shall always be rooted out.

But, look at world 42, they have done a more or less marvelous job of living under this "anarchy" occasionally a group attempts to seize control, but their are so many veterans on that world who knows what happens when one group takes control that that group never succeeds

I'd rather just create a fun community with few rules, and **** Darwin and his genocide causing theory.

We have evidence of what does and does not work its all around us, so, why don't we just operate this by the logic of what past shows us

Maloy does bring up a good point. If you look at World 42, using it as an example, there is no group or government that controls the world. People like to be able to do their own thing, with their own clan. The only thing that the world has that everyone follows, is the Land Claims Documentation thread, known normally as Land Claims of W42, they don't even accept/deny claims, but just document.

Let people do their own thing, you do not need to set a bunch of rules for the entire world, it just limits what people can do, you only need a couple rules, mainly pertaining to how you take ownership of land, that's it. Besides that, having a "Government" run a world leads to corruption as we've seen in the past. No one here can say it does not, because power will corrupt even the best of the people here.

THE BLOOD-ZAROSIAN ULTIMATUM OF WORLD 31

In view of corrupt dealings within the world 31 community in regards to its course for revival, the larger power-holding clans of Bloodlines and the Empire of Zaros hereby declare an ultimatum for all the world 31 community (in specific, Maloy10 and Rose 2110 who controlled the 'open discussion' presented yesterday on March the 17th).

The conditions of the ultimatum will be presented below at risk of total extermination of each clan, 1 by 1, until the conditions are met by either default or compromise:

1. All W42-esque aspects to be attributed to W31 will be nullified. This includes an anarchial governmental style, lack of regulation and formal thread to document W31 dealings, plus additional attributes.

2. Land will be distributed out by size (according to the size of clan) with a considerable amount left for new clans to seize and bargain with.

3. Ozz is no longer the leader for the League; instead, a new thread-holder will be sponsored to act only as the thread-holder and remain unbiased in a single job of recording the land claims and enforcing the rules if necessary.

4. There will be no invalidations or denials of a clan war. If war is asked upon you, you may only compromise conditions, but a refusal will result in an automatic forfeit (and thus, a loss) for your clan.

5. Contested lands may not be sold or traded.

6. All alliances are permitted.

7. No RSB-ladder or non-POC styled clans are permitted to join the New League.

8. All clans in the New League must be active and continuously contribute to the community or to the thread.

9. Additional amendments can be made by a consensus of the clans who are governed under the New League.
