Half of what w31 "was" kicked out by a certain law passed by big guy i believe. A law to kick out the "family" groups from the world. That was half of world 31 where the other half was under the thumb of a certain person, that certain person who wiped falador then Varrock and the entire rest of it out of existence. But you know what i find intriguing? that it took an entire 2 years to get rid of world 31s spirit, courage and bloody respect and honor. I have been told on numerous occasions from old generals to recruits to people whom just pass by that w31 is classed as "dead". And I've always told them as long as there just one flower in that dead field, even a minor weed then there's a big chance one day it'll try to bring back what this bloody magnificent world once was.

Of course it is impossible to get what world 31 once was for it was indeed amazing and anybody from that time knows we will never ever be able to get that back there's always a change we can get back at least the faintest echo of what once was spectacular. So even if it takes a year or within this month or a week i do believe some day somebody's just gonna say " damn it I'm gonna do something on w31" and I'm gonna say good luck and even if that person fails it does mean one thing..

that somebody will try again. this worlds history speaks for itself, Bigs republics, Jackins 50438563409 republics, this league! this coalition and so many before it says so much about this worlds spirit its amazing to watch and see.

It says to me have hope one day it'll be alright and we might just get there.

In the mean time guys keep doing what your doing, say its dead complain and and troll the crap out of each other ( and me u ^.^ ) but I'm still gonna wait patiently because if you where a respectable true believer in world 31 then you'll know where I'm coming from and what i mean when i say all this.

I may be speaking on deaf ears but I'll never stop trying.

They say it's dying but I see at as little life that has potential to go somewhere forward, not backwards mainly because of this thread still being quite active. And I would love to see W31 as it was years ago, and that probably isn't gonna happen, but it especially won't if we keep saying that to ourselves or even worse things("it's dead) It sounds as if your waiting, but why wait? The best chance is now.

I know we all probably miss some part of Old W31(I'm capping that O in old), could be the warring, friendships, could even bloody be that there were prehistoric times before even the big clans that no one knows cept the few that were there(and how good they feel even though most think their unimportant), the leaders, and the great clans too. But the restoration can't happen in one day, but it can come in one go, and it can start with little things first.

I'd like to remind everyone that, for a short period in time, I was a General in the Black Knights and, historically, I've been deemed "anti-Family."

That being said, there's no reason they couldn't come back. Truthfully, most of them are on World 42 which probably prides itself on being the refugee camp for when World 31 blew up on itself.

the families have essentially been dismantled and remade to suit world 42, attempting to bring them back seems kinda pointless. If your really interested in getting things back up i'd suggest warring publicly, and no I don't just mean on this forum. What originally started this was the showyness of it all.

You would see people either recruiting, arguing with other clans, or claiming territory in-game. This encouraged growth for world 31. After we mainly became forum based their was no way to really attract people anymore, especially since a large part of the population did not even use the forums.


Now, what you can do with this thread is alter it to encourage in-game activity. Say make it so war rules are NOT negotiated here, they are simply posted and agreed to, no debating it here. This is also where you get refs.

Lands should not be the official OWNED, but simply records of what is believed to be the current owners. Specifically add a part detailing how this thread does not determine land ownership on world 31 but only records it. The material in this thread is subject to change, and may or may not accurately reflect the current land claims of world 31.

Now, Ozz you need to find Refs who are not in participating clans or ones allied to participating clans. I'd suggest putting up an advertisement for it, or going in-game and grabbing some people
