~~~CLAN RULES~~~
1) Obey all Jagex / Runescape rules (Jagex will deal with these infringements, i.e bans/mutes)

2) Orders / Advise
All members should not disrespect or argue excessively, Undermine or belittle Leaders of the clan or council. When attending events you will behave appropriately, if you try to undermine the e/c or leaders you will be asked to leave the event or if severe the clan
1st time, There will be a warning
2nd time, Rank will be reduced
3rd time, You will be removed from the clan.

3) Multi Clan.
In any form is not acceptable within The Phoenix.

4) Spamming
Do not make multiple posts on the thread. (Stupid Pointless Annoying Messages)

5) Attending
Enjoy yourself, have fun and just hang out. If you wish to put forth the effort and want to help the clan you will be given A/P points.

7) Ranks
You will be chosen on activity, skills and ability. and how much you help the clan.

8) Threats
Please treat others with respect. Do not insult clan members. 1st there will be warnings followed by removal from the clan, If a senior member infringes this, they will be removed from their role.

9) Thread
Is an open forum to express positive opinions, is it not there for members to insult other clan members, or to undermine the activities or actions of others, continual spamming or flaming will not be tolerated. You are advised to read ALL Forum Specific Rules and C.O.C.

10) Recruiting
Only Senior Members(Leaders and Captains) and Recruiter's can accept applications.

~~~ CLAN CHAT ETTIQUETTE ~~~

The following guidelines are being established and implemented for the good of the clan, member morale, and common courtesy. These rules will be strictly enforced by all senior members, and acknowledged by all members. Not being familiar with acceptable practises will not be an excuse for non-compliance.

1) Clan Chat is where we can discuss Runescape, ask questions, seek advice, and share RS stories. It IS NOT a place to vent your frustrations, pursue personal vendettas, argue, create conflict, or air your feelings on a personal level. Issues you may have with another member, violent differences of opinion (arguments), are not to be discussed in open chat at any time. PM is called Personal Message for a reason. Use it, and not the clan chat please.

2) Clan Chat is family, friendly, and helpful...not disruptive, cruel, and petty. Unacceptable discussions would be anything dealing with race, creed, religion, personal orientation and politics. Keep your chat conversations light and friendly.

3) Personal attacks, name-calling, derogatory statements and put downs will not going to be tolerated in open clan chat. You will be given verbal warnings (3) that your conversation is out of line or making others uncomfortable. If you choose not to change your topic, you will be removed from the chat (please see the Clan Chat Policy.

4) Differences of opinion, is normal. Discussion of opinions can be done with manners and politeness. People, who have issues with each other, are encouraged to get a senior member as a third party, and have a secure closed discussion to attempt a solution to their conflict.

Can I just advise that once you can access CC, if at any time things are said that you do not like, please put the person/people on your ignore list and if required report people who break Jagex's Rules (Bullying and Racialism are examples).

~~~ CLAN CHAT POLICY ~~~

1) ANY Clan Chat Member, who infringe Jagex's rules during their conversations, will be EJECTED from clan chat.

2) If necessary, WARNINGS or a NOTATION will be issued to those who break rules.

3) Repeat offenders will be banned from clan chat temporary, with lengths varying from 3 days. Subsequently, if your conduct does not change, you will be REMOVED from the clan.

4) The above applies to Stir Mongering also.

The above Policy has been put in place for your own enjoyment and protection while using cc.

~~~ E/C BENCHMARKING ~~~

1) EVENTS
We would hope that by attending events, you are willing to stay for an hour, you must attend for a minimum of 30 minutes to get a/p, There will be attendance AP giving out for any event with more then 1 member attending, event coordinator will receive 50 AP for running event, wether or not other members show up.

2) DANGEROUS EVENTS
E/C's will advise you on what you should take, to stay alive. If you attend without what is recommend, you do so at your own risk. All e/cs have been advised to try to keep people safe, but if you ignore this advice, you do so at your own risk. The role of the e/c, is not to die in an attempt to keep you alive, they are there to help you enjoy the game safely.

If the e/c advises you not to go and you have tried your best to prepare a/p maybe given, it will be up to the e/c to decide, as they know what you need to take. If members are told to telly and do not that, they stay at their own risk. Members are not expected to stay and risk their own lives to bless grave.

If an e/c were of the belief that a member should not attend an event due to the risk, it would cause to you and others, for example GOD WARS and you are advised no to attend then please for your own safety and that of others heed the advice and remember; "Our aim is not to risk our own and others items in search of more". Quote taken from page 1 post 1.

3) THE E/C ROLE
Post events you are capable of attending and to know what you are doing. Please do not post events you have no experiences of. Senior members' roles include e/c, so feel free to give a little time if you can, lead by example is always a good thing, I do not think it is unreasonable for all seniors to post at least 2 events a month.

4) E/C's
No shows, if you do not attend 3 events that you have posted you will be removed from the list. There are circumstances where you cannot attend please just post.
