Again, just to recap, while our subclans' second-in-commands are admin positions, they are not SubClan Leaders and not exempt to this monthly reward. So, congratulations to both Campo and the Architects for these awards. Actually, that list from last week was mostly ideas, but shall we give it a go for now? So here are the following:

Tuesday - Free Day

Thursday - Castle Wars
Friday - Pest Control
Saturday - Clan Meeting

Bug Bashing for Sport

For those who are aware and saw the post on the Dragon Knights' thread on our private clan page, I will be hosting some Kalphite King slaughtering this weekend. So, if you are interested in seeing what the Kalphite King is like, do check out the clan page and see what that's about.

If interested, do leave a message or hit me up or a Dragon Knight in PM to ask.

SubClans

Also, most would view this as filler, but shall we just recap. Our two-chevron ranks in the Kingdom are citizens that are not in a SubClan. Three-chevron are set aside for new recruits into the Guards and the Dragon Knights, respectively. Then there's the Bronze Star which is the entry rank for the Architects. Now, here's a quick summary of each of the SubClans.

Architects

The Architects are responsible for maintenance on the citadel and are dedicated to reaching our cap and maintaining upgrades to the citadel. Also, with a bit of discussion, for the Architects that maintain weekly cap. Our Director may or will hand pick one, with permission from the Royals, of course...as an Avatar Warden.

Dragon Knights

The Dragon Knights are known in the group as the go to group for bossing.

The Guard

Do you want to be a face of Varrock? Join the Guards for roleplays and maintaining the Kingdom's safety.

So, below I would like to see what events you guys would hopefully like to see more of. For those who have access to the forums, do let the clannies that do not check here often can also post here to have their voice heard, as well as on the clan page.

So, with that said:

Clan Meeting at Saturday, January 13, 2016 @ 2PM EST.

Then following the Clan Meeting, will be King Lalikins' event. Do stay around for that.

Not as big as Lali's Royal Address that one time, still some things worth discussing, but hope you guys enjoyed the read. With that in mind, Happy 'Scaping, KoVies.

Get That Thing Away From Me!

Sources report that in the late night hours, the Kingdom of Varrock's Prince, Kite Sumane, was abducted by a strange, demented construct. Massive in size, shrounded in a hood and cloak, with purple, plagued chicken wing-like apendages protruding from it's back, and flaming red eyes, long sharp claws, and hooves for feet; it's soul purpose for capturing the Prince was bring the man to the center of the Capitol, for all to witness such antics, which involved a strange display of... hugging? Yes. Hugging. This display went on for several hours, whilst the Prince attempted to fight off the beast, using his utility belt in various ways.


Finally after much effort, and a mass explosion, the Prince was seen fleeing the scene, much less for wear, pantless, and might I say, needing a tan. The construct was heading the other direction, carrying a belt, and cackling to himself. I stopped the beast moments after to ask him why he did it, he simply said, "For the thrill."

There's a Fungus Among Us

Have you notice it? That smell in the air? Sources tell us that there's a new craze going on deep in the heart of swampy ole Morytania. Young'uns are going crazy over farming mushrooms. That's right, mushrooms. They say it's to help with composting, but the elders have their theories. The local tavern have been reporting strange smells late at night. Rowdy teenagers have come stumbling out of their rooms, folks saying "High on something." We'll be sure to alert the public to anything further as we gather information.

With the latest discovery of Invention, the stock market has imploded, investiments risen, the Grande Exchange is booming, and all around, the fellows with the big cheese are happy. But the small business men, and the commoners are outraged. There is talk of riot in the streets. "Prices are too high," "Products are too sparce," "I have a wife and three kids," "Who framed Rodney Hare?!" We just don't know! We don't know what is going to happen as things keep at this pace, but we shall be sure to be there to cover the whole thing for you as things progress down this long rocky rode.
