Clan meeting October 22nd 2016 summary

Meeting is basically the same as last week, however specific topics covered are on discord.

Citadel:
The needed resource this week is Stone and Metal Bars.

Events:
We are looking for more council members so we can host more events. Anyone can host events. Please post weekly summary of events for small events.

Best times are 4pm est, and 8-10pm est.

There will now only be two scheduled events per day. Post your event before build tick for the first half of the next week, and during the first half to host your event during the second half of the week.

All events are also scheduled on both forums and discord, please check these regularly for upcoming events.


Recruitment:
We still have 80+ active members. Once we grow more we can do daily events, which are quite fun. Please continue to help recruit.

Its important to replace the in-actives we lose with new members, and continue to grow to reach our goals.

If you see someone while you are adventuring, pvming, or just bank-standing.. just ask them.

Mentors:

Time spent with clan (Guess): Roughly 6 weeks
Your 100% honest opinion on the clan so far: Great, some minor nuisances with a single person but otherwise enjoying it thouroughly.
Have you had previous Leadership Experience: I dep owned a clan since 2005, Halls Raiders, and I basically took over when our leader was in the hospital for a few months. I also led my own Squad of soldiers during my time in the military.
Are you willing to accept the responsibilities of a leader: Yes
Do you have the time to be part of the council: Yes
What are you wishing to do as a Leader to enjoy yourself and have fun: Be myself. Being in a seat of power doesn't change a person if they won't let it.
Offsite/Discord access may be required, is this a problem: Seeing as I'm always on discord, no.
What Staff positions would you like for Events (at least 1 or more): Minigames/D&D and Misc *Skilling events mostly*
What Staff positions would you like for Support (at least 2 or more): Deputy in training and Citadel/Mentor System. I spend way too much time on runescape each day to NOT want to help more Remain a soldier till the war is won.

Have you had previous Leadership Experience: Manager of a fast food restaurant.

Are you willing to accept the responsibilities of a leader: Yes

Do you have the time to be part of the council: Yes, Work from home meaning I am on most of the time.

What are you wishing to do as a Leader to enjoy yourself and have fun: Help others and progress the clan.

Offsite/Discord access may be required, is this a problem: No

What Staff positions would you like for Events (at least 1 or more): Hosting events such as Mini Games, Bossing and or anything that anyone whats to do.

What Staff positions would you like for Support (at least 1 or more): I really what to help in anyway but i would like to become the GMT Admin for the GMT users as there is not many admins on at GMT times.

Your 100% honest opinion on the clan so far: I like the promotion of fun and welcoming atmosphere. Initially I thought that the clan was a little stiff but no longer and I like that there are more people from my timezone in clan now. Having GMT in admin+ can only benefit. (you wanted honesty =p)
Have you had previous Leadership Experience: Yes in top ranks of clans and also in RL.
Are you willing to accept the responsibilities of a leader: Yes
Do you have the time to be part of the council: Yes.
What are you wishing to do as a Leader to enjoy yourself and have fun: Continue as I have been: being friendly, encouraging joining in of events, helping out, providing support and information.
Offsite/Discord access may be required, is this a problem: No.
What Staff positions would you like for Events (at least 1 or more): non combat minigames, D and D, skilling.
What Staff positions would you like for Support (at least 1 or more): Activity event manager, citadel mentor
