1. What is

The Great Recruitment Competition

?

This will be another Recruitment Competition. Once our previous recruitment competition was a bit unsuccessful, due to lack of participants, this new version of recruitment competition will be slightly different from the first one. And it starts by its name:

2. What will it be changed in this new version of recruitment competition?

Prizes:

Prizes will be bigger than the previous one. Please, consider this event, once the highest prize of the previous one was 5M. Check the question number 5 for further information.

Prizes Awarding system:

This time, all participants will have chance to get a prize, depending on the number of recruits they get.
Also, there will be the possibility of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd places doubling their prizes. To double their prize, the participant must get more recruits than all High Council members (Tyras Helmet, Cds777, Mr Player, PowerofPeace and SparkyKitty). For example, if Tyras Helmet gets more recruits than any other High Council member, then the participant will have to get more recruits than Tyras Helmet in order to double his/her prize.

High Council members

High Council members will not obviously participate in this event. However they will recruit during this event as well to prevent participants to double their prizes. So each participant will be competing against them anyway.

3. And what will it be remained?

Duration of event

The event will last about 1 month as the last time.

Main prizes

The main prizes will be awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd places.

Points

Recruiters will get +2 points per recruit.

Recruits

Remember: each recruited person only counts as a recruit if they fill and post their application.

4. When will the event start and finish?

As stated previously,

The Great Recruitment Competition

will last about 1 month. It will start on 18th December 2016 (Sunday) and the last day will be on 14th January 2017 (Saturday) at 00.00am. Success is 98% hard work, 1% inspiration and 2% attention to detail.

6. How can I participate in this competition?

Is it not simple? Just start recruiting. Get your first recruit and you will be counted as a participant and +2 points plus 200k will be yours! Keep doing the same to get more points and more money.
