Notice to all clans on The Battle Ladder. We have changed the rule about mass recruiting. This can be found on page 1 post 9.
12. Limits on Mass Recruiting
- As a general rule, there is no limit to the number of recruits a clan may gain in a day or week for that matter.
- - Any clan who chooses to “team up” with a clan not within the RSBL for the purpose of gaining multiple member s for warring purposes must report this on the RS*L thread. A clan that chooses to do this will receive 10 days of anti-immunity. They may not declare on another clan but can be declared upon. Any clan who does not report this activity and it has been discovered that they have in fact participated in this activity will receive 30 days of anti-immunity and have to post there ML for the next 30 days on the ladder thread within 24 hours of being notified on there clan thread.
- “Team up” can be defined as gaining 6 or more members of the same clan that is not a participant in the Battle Ladder for the purpose of warring for a particular clan that is a participant on the Battle Ladder.

To those whom are interested or have confirmed there attendance. This friday April 27, 2012 at 4pm est - 9pm gmt we will be holding a meeting to discuss the teams for the 100v100 war. All clans need to be present so we can make equal teams to make this a truely extravagant event. For those who's clans are not participating if you would like to attend you are more then welcome but remember it's going to be a first come first serve bases. The following terms have been confrimed:

Anything i missed will be assumed ON

You are invited to join the RSB Mini Tournament. This Tournament is meant for Higher league clans and lowers clans who I feel would fit in the tournament. It is expected to be a Restricted Tournament (Can put Sigils on if the clans facing each other both agree) and will be best of 3 rounds all 3 rounds. The Tournament will start on the weekend of Friday June 22nd. The elimination part of the tournament will start once everyone has warred each other at least once. Applications close June 17th so if you're interested go ahead and apply.

Please copy and post the below information with any corrections on the RSB Battle Ladder as soon as possible.
After 5 days (August 13) your clan will be removed from the ladder if this is not updated and you will have to reapply to be added again.
