Im the Leader of Eternal Brethren, and i would like to share something with you, and ask for your support.
As you have probably noticed, Jagex have made an update, where you can buy Squeel of fortune wheel spins.
Basically, they are NOT EVEN following "THEIR OWN RULES" as this is Real World Trading.
It seems that jagex is getting more money hungry every day, and they care less about their loyal members.
This is why im asking for your support on this "Petition against SOF", a list of people who are against this update.
Version one of this thread, maxed out all reserves in "2 HOURS" wich means 4 supports each second!

How does our League work?
The leagues are split into 3 tiers based on their warring skill level determined by the Council. Skill level is determined by a clan's Warring History, Combat Average, Clan Requirements, Average War Pulls, and Organization.
What type of ladders do we offer?
- P2P Fullout
- P2P Mini-Matched
- P2P Mini-Matched Restricted
- P2P Nex off Sigils On (Experienced League Only)
- RCW (Coming Soon!)

Three Tier Honor System
This system was developed nearly a year ago and was once presented as a separate league. We have decided to bring it back and place clans into this league to avoid the delay of signing up for it. A couple of highlights regarding this league:
- As the name suggests, there are 3 separate Tiers – Beginners, Intermediate, and Masters.
- There is no combat division for this league. Each clan may place themselves into whatever Tier they feel is appropriate for their clan’s skill level.
- Any clan that holds the #1 spot in either the Beginner or Intermediate Tier and who has not been declared upon for a period of 30 days will be automatically moved into the Tier above whichever Tier they are currently in.
Your clan’s Tier and placement is a combination of the old rankings on the No Nex, Sigil On league and the Lower league Mini Matched League. They can be found on page 4 of the RSBL. You have until Sunday, April 15th to either remove yourself from the league or request to me moved into a different Tier.
Unrestricted Mini-Matched League
Since Nex is now defaulted to OFF, we have replaced the No Nex, Sigil On League with an Unrestricted Mini-Matched League. This can be found on Page 6 of the RS*L thread. This is a single league. You were placed on this league if you were sign up on either the Higher or Lower old Mini-Matched League that use to be found on Page 4 of the RS*L Thread. In this league all combinations or gear, spells, auras and attack styles are defaulted to ON. Please request to be removed if you do not want to be in this League.

If you are recieving this message it other means that you have confirmed your attendance or have shown interest in what is to be a truly memberable event. In the current days of the rsb there are little to no wars where you have 100v100 which is one thing that i personally say that is truly missed. So on a date to be set tonight we would like to resurect those events for one more go. We ask that you send atleast two clan representatives if possible but no less then one. If todays meeting which is a t 5est/10gmt is inconvient for you please attend our second meeting which is on Saturday April 14 at 4est/9gmt.(May be changed to earlyer in the day) The meeting will take place in my fc (Dan5236) We ask that you please come prepared to discuss the terms. Please be open minded to others suggestions. If you are unable to attend either of the meeting please contact any of the admins via 1rc, pm, or LA cc. I am unavible during the day due to school but on most days from 3 till 9 i am availble. Any questions please feel free to contact me or any of our admins aswell. Hope to see everyone there tonight.

Please copy and post the below information with any corrections on the RSB Battle Ladder as soon as possible.
After 5 days (April 18) your clan will be removed from the ladder if this is not updated and you will have to reapply to be added again.

Three Tier Honor System
We have decided to try this system on the 10v10 Mini Matched League ONLY. If successful, it will be incorporated into the rest of the ladder.
The below rules are unique to this league however all rules found on the first page also apply.
**There is NO clan combat requirement to join this league. A clan that wishes to join this league must select which Tier to join based on their knowledge of their clan's skills.
**Any clan that holds the #1 spot in either the Beginner or Intermediate Tier and who has not been declared upon for a period of 30 days will be automatically moved into the Tier above whichever Tier they are currently in.
** Clans who wish to compete in this league may request to be moved however remember once you join this league you cannot go back to lower leagues for any reason unless you withdraw from the ladder for 15 days and then re apply.
If your clan isnt already on it now would be a great time to join.
