. With regard to new members, Discord and it's role and daily use in TRE was explained. Further importance is continued to be given in terms of directing as many members of TRE to Discord as possible to reinforce our ability to communicate and socialize in the most efficient and contemporary way possible.

. The move toward Tier 6 continues to be in progress and emphasized.

. Last weeks capping raffle was drawn tonight, with two winners gaining 10m each. FadedDankBro (SkyeLavender) and MrsSteak were Rome's winners.

. Vince made it very clear we are all fortunate to have him and that he has a terrible ear infection. Here's hoping it doesn't fall off. But if it does - dibs.

. It was reminded to new members that events, including PvM, are held frequently throughout the week and that any member - not simply Aediles - can host events and have it count so long as 4+ are present.

Senate Meeting Recap

Challenges

The clan as a whole is extremely healthy in its current state, as we are consistently growing every day. The Senate would like to challenge itself to make efforts in further improving the various inputs into TRE. This may include various things such as more events, recruiting, forum activity, overall community presence, engaging clan members into joining our Discord server, etc.

Weekly Events

As some of you may have noticed, TRE has been having quite the number of Impromptu Bossing Trips. Although those are great in their own aspects, TRE did have weekly clan events in the past on Sundays that amassed to larger numbers in attendance. This included events such as Hide & Seek, Pest Control, and Demon Flash Mobs. We discussed various options, and decided to bring back the Sunday events with varying activities each week.

Senate Changes

There are currently a few vacant positions available in Rome’s Senate. We got together and with careful discussion, brought up a few ideas for potential Senate member changes/additions. Keep on the lookout for an announcement. We hope that these changes can further improve your Runescape experience within Rome.

Good fun on the trip from Falador Park to Mobilising Armies. Although this is not a dating site, who knew that the Romans would guide two Mega Ducks to meet once again. Congratulations to @iHam on earning his Mega Ducklings pet! Thank you all for coming, and I hope to do this event more in the future! Better love story than Twilight.

-- Meeting Recap for 11/1/2017 --

Recap:

- We are 72% of the way to tier 6 upgrade. We took a bit of a step-back this week in terms of our progress, but hopefully we can continue to pick it up. We only need metal and precious bars, as well as cloth along with upkeep. Hopefully we can achieve tier 6 before November 18th, which is the 1-year anniversary of Pax and myself taking over TRE.

-In regards to the one-year date, it falls on a Saturday so we could potentially have some sort of celebration or party that day with prizes, drop party, raffle, etc.

-The clan was also reminded that with the first week of the new month, it is donation week. Feel free to donate to TRE Central bank for some denarius and all proceeds are going toward clan prizes, events, giveaways, etc.

- The capping raffle winners for last week were drawn. The first winner was McKlackin and the second winner (after many re-rolls) was Belmirrak who then decided to donate his prize. The raffle was drawn one more time, with SkyeLavender winning.

- Lastly, with the holiday season fast-approaching, future holiday ideas were discussed for the clan. MrsSteak brought up a secret santa idea and Timmy brought up White Elephant (Yankee Swap for Office fans) both of which are plausible ideas.

Sunday Events Time Change

The Mega Duck event we had this past Sunday went very well. However, we had to postpone the event to a later time, due to the lack of available players earlier in the day. While we're getting back in the swing of things with Sunday events, the regular event time will be in the evenings now. To put this short, Sunday events will be hosted around the 8 or 9PM Est. times now. Keep an eye out in the "Events" channel of our Discord.

New Quaestor

Congratulations to SkyeLavender on his promotion from Aedile to Rome's new Quaestor! He will be given the task of managing our citadel's goals, upgrades, and encouraging other clan members about hitting their resource cap for the week.
