In all seriousness, if we could get 10 people from the old group back, 10 people who would be active and would want to contribute to the clan, I would come back and make an effort to rebuild one of these 3-4 clans.
I'd say that myself, Mulkey, Legacy, Super, Pos, Rebel, and a few others could make one helluva clan. Of course we'd all be on the same team, no pointless monarchy governments or confusing/worthless constitutions and rules.
No real responsibility for any single person to take care of everything like how we used to have it, knowing what we know now, what works and what really doesn't work when running/making a clan, we could come back as a team and do pretty well.
I think back to when we were all in SIL, I don't even remember when it was, but I was a bronze star, and nobody that ranked above me got on, ever. So, because the chain of command went Super --> Guardian --> Pyton (who was a ghost, by the way) --> two people who I can't remember their names --> anyone who had a pulse, you'd find that more often than not a low-ranking member would take the lead on a lot of stuff.
It's clear that while having one person in charge creates ease when it comes to decision-making (as it's only one person who decides on stuff, not a group), but it puts too much strain on that one person, and you'd need a group of equal-ranking members each with the same power, and abilities to efficiently run a clan.
That 'Council of Elders' thing that was basically something on the side of the government, having that at the top of the chain would have made things run 10x smoother.
And there'd be no 'Head Elder' or anything, it'd all be equal footing, equal ranking, and I know I'm just repeating myself here, but I am bored and it's my lunch break and I have nothing to do. So, yea. Bye, <3 you guys, see ya in a bit.
