Anyway, what does everyone think of Modern Warfare 3?

Personally, I'm disappointed. I'm going back to MW2 to re-earn all my sht (I lost it all in a hacked lobby -.-) and stick with that.

List of things in MW3 that I consider failures-

Strike Packages

Weapon Proficiencies

Perks

Sprint Animation (lulz)

Map Layouts (with the exception of Dome)

Weapons/Required style of play to do well (Rushing and drop shots are dead)

Graphics (look WORSE than MW2's)

I'll keep trying to force myself to like it, though.

the starting weapons like the ACR/fail Shotgun i used in the first few multiplayer maps were horrible. the Osprey was quite fun to use despite the KO's being a little slow but pretty good. graphics..are meh i prefer Battlefield 3 in comparison of those. However maps like Outpost and such are quite fun to play if you ask me, gotta love those Spetsnaz maps lawl.

MW3 is pretty good I think. Just a revamp of MW2. You didn't like the Strike Packages? I actually think they are pretty helpful and well thought out. I was thinking the same thing of the maps, but after playing for a bit you learn to appreciate them. I think this is the game Black Ops was SUPPOSED to be.

MW3 at first was meh, but after a bit it's a great game. Black Ops was kind of the opposite for me.

I guess the Strike Packages are alright. They put 2x as many killstreaks in Assault and Support than they should have, Support is a bit annoying because it doesn't reset after you die, and Assault just has too many streaks.

Specialist, I have no complaints.

The maps I've come around on slightly, they aren't as bad as I thought they were, but I preferred MW2's over what MW3's are.

I'm starting to get used to the game through Ground War (which is far superior to regular Domination, Kill Confirmed, and TDM), I haven't tried S&D fully yet.

At first I would give it a 2/10, now I think I'd give it a 6.5/10.
