We have a Tier 7 Citadel for our clanmates to participate in and enjoy. We still have a number of customization spots that we are improving on. Additionally we still have the odds and ends items to improve as well. These items include keep windows and doors, fireplaces, as well as the tapestry, banners and flags around the citadel along with their poles and bases. So there is still plenty build order work to be done along with the weekly required upkeep.

Our citadel is a product of joint effort on the part of all of our clanmates. The citadel is maintained and improved upon only if the members of the clan are doing their part in capping at the citadel. It is for this reason that capping at the citadel is required by ALL clanmates.

Every new member is given clan orientation when they join us. Included in this orientation is basic citadel information along with a tour of our citadel. This information is basic only and is not intended to educate a player on how to manage a citadel. .•*´¨)

CITADEL TICK


TICK TIME:
EVERY FRIDAY BETWEEN 7:00pm and 8:00pm GMT -7 (CLAN TIME)

The citadel closes each week at 6:00pm every Friday. The citadel will tick reset two hours later at 8:00pm. After the Citadel Management Staff sets all plot requirement goals and places all proper locks, they will then open the citadel.

The Obelisk (summoning plot) will always remain open. This plot is defaulted by jagex to allow members to collect a limited amount of their cap total on that plot. This is approximately 10% or (270) of their cap.

A member of the Citadel Management team will go up at tick time every week and set plots to what is needed in priority. Upkeep is always first priority followed by any and all upgrade orders. So the first on the list to be set will be all the requirements for upkeep. Once our members have collected the required number of resources to meet the upkeep requirements, the Citadel Management Team will then start opening plots based on upgrade requirements. The upgrade requirements may or may not be opened in order. It will be opened based on that weeks collection trend of collectors. .•*´¨)

CITADEL UPKEEP/UPGRADE TEAM


We have a designated team (Citadel Upkeep Team) that focuses their caps on citadel priorities. These being Upkeep then followed by Upgrade priorities. They will use the following steps to determine what they collect.

Step One

Open the Citadel Interface screen (Citadel Information) tab in your mini map. Then click the (View Resources) tab at the top of the screen to locate the listing of all plots to see whats open. Collect whats opened.

Step Two

If the citadel is locked, or an Upkeep Team member locks the last plot without completing their cap, Contact barbwool via facebook. She will do one of two things. First, she may advise that she will be up momentarily to unlock plots, or second she may direct the team member to unlock certain plots. Follow her instructions either way.

GUIDELINES

- No clan Member below the rank of organiser has plot locking/unlocking permissions.
- All plots locked or unlocked must be approved through barbwool regardless of ranks.
- No one shall open plots for another member unless approved by barbwool. .•*´¨)

CLAN AVATAR STAFF


The Avatar Officers and Manager belong to the Citadel Upkeep Team and are relied upon to collect their cap under the same steps as with all other Upkeep Team members. The added responsibility of capping our avatars are what separates them from the other members thus we call them Avatar Officers.

When an Avatar officer caps their own character and they post their cap, they will incorporate an additional comment stating that their avatar (Nature, Fire or Water) has also been capped. There is no time frame as to when an Avatar Officer must cap their character or the avatar they're responsible for. However it is desirable that they complete early in the week so as the tick draws near the Management Team can more accurately assess progress.

If an Avatar Officer requests a member to release the Avatar back home so they may cap it, the member must comply. If the member refuses to comply, the Avatar Officer has the authority to recall the Avatar using the recall stone located in the citadel at the avatar habitat. The incident shall also be reported to barbwool Immediately. If the non compliance member becomes a verbally problematic over the recall, then they shall be dealt with appropriately. Although this may occur, all members including staff must continue political correctness and professionalism at all times. .•*´¨)

ClanExec Character


Masters Templar owns an account called ClanExec. This account is not privately owned therefore nothing within its bank holding are privately owned. All items and finances are owned by the clan. This account is owned by Masters Templar and managed by Clan Leadership. The purpose of this account is to completely serve the clan.

This account has never been an in game play character and is also used for serving the clan. This accounts service is to hold the clans operational possessions.

The ClanExec account although is very similar to the clan banks functions should not be confused with the clan bank. While the clan bank houses the bulk of the clans finances and property functioning similar to that of a savings account in real life, the ClanExec account handles all operating revenue and items just in the way a checking account works.

Serving the clan is delegated by the Clan Owner and carried out by the Clan Leaders. Currently ClanExec is authorized for the following activity:

- Collects resources in our citadel.
- Can pull out avatars to cap them.
- Collecting Items for the clan and its fundraiser.
- Distribution of materials to the clan for the fundraiser.
- Collecting items, materials, and supplies from the logistics department.
- Distributes all winnings for our programs.
- Can offer Gilded Altar usages. (Upon Availability)
- Can offer Lectern usages for doing teleport tablets for fundraiser. (Upon availability)
- Maintains a miscellania kingdom with 7.5M in its coffers. All profits go towards the clan bank or needed items.
- Lends select items for 3 hours. .•*´¨)

ClanBank Character


As previously mentioned above, Masters Templar also owns a second account called ClanBank. This account is also owned by the clan but is managed only by the clans extreme high leaders.

It once operated as a privately owned account and was skilling, questing playing etc. These uses are no longer its purpose and no longer engages in game play. The purpose of this account is to completely serve the clan.

The ClanBank is similar to ClanExec and its functions within the clan. The following is a list of those functions:

MAKES IN-GAME CONTACT WITH ClanExec ONLY . NEVER MAKES CONTACT WITH ANY OTHER CHARACTER INCLUDING LEADERS WITHOUT 2 OR MORE LEADERS APPROVAL.

- Keeps all the clans items separate from the items belonging to clans leadership staff.
- Collects resources at the citadel.
- Can pull the avatars out in the citadel to cap them. (EMERGENCY ONLY).
- Collects items from members of leadership and the ClanExec account ONLY.
- Maintains a Miscellania kingdom and also has 7.5M in its coffers. Profits go to the clan for cash or items. .•*´¨)

INTRODUCTION

Our clan bank is an independent character (Clan Bank) generated by leadership staff for the purpose of keeping all finances belonging to the clan separate from personal account banks. The clan bank does have a runescape membership. It's also set up to collect resources from miscellania and has also completed Royal Trouble quest to maximize the return capabilities. Once its coffers reach 7.5M, all profit will be placed into the clan bank's cash stack to help add to the clans finances.

PURPOSE


1. Finances our Lotto, Operation P2P, Staff Wages, Production Materials, Event Programs, Prizes and Rewards.
2. Keeps all funds belonging to the clan separated and more easily balanced.
3. Will collect at the citadel when needed.
4. Can collect some basic resources to help raise funds for the clan.

BANK POLICY

Get with a bank administrator for clan banking.

1. Any member may deposit donations into our clan bank.
2. The bank only holds clan cash and items. It will not hold personal coins or items for any clan member.
3. The clan bank takes donations. (Thank You)
4. All items in the bank can be purchased at market price minus 10%. (Depending on availability)

Donations - Donations can be made to the clan and it will be placed in the clan bank. You may donate cash or items. These donations are not refundable. When you make a donation intended for our Clan Bank, please fill out and post our Bank Donation Template.

Withdraws - Withdraws can be made only by approved staff personnel. The clan leader will inform those who are authorized to withdraw and their limit. The clan bank does not get involved with any personal banking needs of our members, therefore there should not be any need for withdrawing anything from the clan bank except for authorized staff persons in commission of their duties.
