EVENTS
GENERAL STATEMENT
Our events serve a multitude of purposes. Our events provide in game companionship, fellowship and unity. Events and activities provide a choice of things to do while in game. Events give our members something to work on to help them gain xp. Activities fall under the offer the same as above, however generally would not produce any gained xp and is geared more so specifically towards occasion based times like holidays etc.
There may be specific rules pertaining to certain events. Please see your event host for event rules and details.
NOTE: The clan is not responsible for item, or cash loss. Please use good judgement to secure any items you don't want to lose.
EVENT RULES
01. ANYONE can host an event, but you must be on the clan events team to host Clan Supported Events. Otherwise they are independently hosted.
02. Our events are not required to attend unless you are a staff member. Staff must attend at least 1 event per week.
03. Be on time to an event. (Try showing a few minutes early to allow for event preparedness)
04. While in an event, refrain from being distracting or displaying distracting behavior. Emotes, spamming chat and disrupting the event organizer are just some examples.
05. Non Combat events may be in any world.
06. All competition events must offer the member a winning prize if he/she wins and must have a reward for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places
07. 1st place prize cannot be over 500k in value without leader approval.
08. Official events scheduled must be events that our members can do with either a group or solo efforts.
09. Any activity that risks a member losing coins and or items ARE NOT a clan supported event. This does not include a PVM type event. Examples as follows and not limited to ARE NOT allowed:
a. Flower Games
b. Gambling Games
c. Activities involving the wildy
