EVENTS


GENERAL STATEMENT

Our events serve a multitude of purposes. Our events provide in game companionship, fellowship and unity. Events and activities provide a choice of things to do while in game. Events give our members something to work on to help them gain xp. Activities fall under the offer the same as above, however generally would not produce any gained xp and is geared more so specifically towards occasion based times like holidays etc.

There may be specific rules pertaining to certain events. Please see your event host for event rules and details.

NOTE: The clan is not responsible for item, or cash loss. Please use good judgement to secure any items you don't want to lose.

EVENT RULES

01. ANYONE can host an event, but you must be on the clan events team to host Clan Supported Events. Otherwise they are independently hosted.
02. Our events are not required to attend unless you are a staff member. Staff must attend at least 1 event per week.
03. Be on time to an event. (Try showing a few minutes early to allow for event preparedness)
04. While in an event, refrain from being distracting or displaying distracting behavior. Emotes, spamming chat and disrupting the event organizer are just some examples.
05. Non Combat events may be in any world.
06. All competition events must offer the member a winning prize if he/she wins and must have a reward for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places
07. 1st place prize cannot be over 500k in value without leader approval.
08. Official events scheduled must be events that our members can do with either a group or solo efforts.
09. Any activity that risks a member losing coins and or items ARE NOT a clan supported event. This does not include a PVM type event. Examples as follows and not limited to ARE NOT allowed:
a. Flower Games
b. Gambling Games
c. Activities involving the wildy

EVENT CONDITITIONS/CONDUCT


CONDITIONS

01. Each official clan event runs for a 24 hour period starting at 00:00 clan time and runs until 23:59 clan time each day.
02. The 24 hour events are not to be counted as a Host Held event. If done in a group, each participant must post their own participation template.
03. The participation template for our 24 hour events can be posted anytime before 11:59pm clan time or at the days end for that daily event.
04. All events hosted by staff must have the Event Notification Template filled out and posted on this thread.
05. Post each and every event held on this thread by using the Post Event Template.
06. Any member may attend an official event simply by posting an Event Participation Template on this thread prior to starting event.
07. The Friday Events will end every Friday at 18:00 for end of week resets. All posts up to 18:00 will count for that week. Any posts after 18:00 for week prior will be disregarded.
08. Every Saturday, the Capping Event will start soon as citadel opens after Tick (Approx 20:00) every Friday. The Citadel Administrator will announce in clan chat when the citadel is opened and ready. This capping Event will continue through all of Saturday.

CONDUCT

01. Respect all participants of the event.
02. In the case where an event host is present, let the event host lead the event.
03. Keep talking down to a minimum so everyone can get instructions.
04. All combat events must be on loot share worlds.
05. Any drops from combat events can be donated to the clan bank.
06. Any resources from non combat events may be donated to the clan bank.
07. It is prohibited in scamming the clan or its members.
08. Hold honesty and integrity when playing games and competitions. .•*´¨)

EVENT HOST POLICY


EVENT NOTIFICATION

Host must always post an event notice template on this thread at least 24 hours in advance to give all members an opportunity to get the event information and time to prepare and make availability. CLICK HERE for the EVENT COMING UP TEMPLATE.

POST EVENT NOTIFICATION

Once the event is over, the host must post the event report template. This should be posted immediately after the event ends, not later. for the I HOSTED AN EVENT TEMPLATE, CLICK HERE.

PARTICIPANTS

ALL participants Recruit through Owner if attending the event and have been present for at least 30 minutes or more must be listed on the event report template.

HOST CONDUCT AND RULES

1. You must post the Event Notice Template with at least 24 hours notice.
2. You must post the Event Report Template immediately after the hosted event ends.
3. You must be on time for your event.
4. You must remain at your own event for the entire duration.
5. You must keep your event ran in conjunction with all the above outlined event policies.
6. A clan leader may always intervene in a hosted event to ensure policy and rules are followed. The leaders word is the last word.

PENALTIES

If you fail to post either of the two templates or are delayed in their posts (Notice less than 24 hours, or Report later than immediately), or if you leave, go to lobby, log out, or if you fail to list any participant which is eligible for being listed, in addition to not getting your point for hosting that event, you could be penalized in one or more of the following fashions.

1. You may be restricted from hosting events in the future.
2. You could get demoted.
3. You could be stripped of the current rank points up to the time of the event for that week. .•*´¨)
