I've upgrade to W10 with no issues. Maybe it's because I built my own PC or something.

Updates to the Captain Application have been posted on the last section of this Forum.

For future reference, to apply to join a Squad you can do so by posting in the thread on the Clan Private Forums - there is a thread dedicated to Squad Applications.

Similarly, if applying for Captaincy, you should post your application in the appropriate thread.

Also, Squad Members who have a Captain Application to their Squad pending are required to vote on whether they approve of the prospective Captain or not - you will be notified when to vote on this as and when the situation comes up. Member of 13 Squads

Please, should you see them, ask them to vote in the Captain Application thread within the Private Clan Forums.

This can be found by logging into the site, choosing Community, Clans then clicking Forum.
