Hello,

I was told that in the citadel people can see the chat from anywhere while in the citadel so for example if a person that is near a woodcutting plot says something then another person that is near the mining plot can see it however it doesn't work for the citadel I'm in.

Is there an option for this or does the citadel have to be a specific tier?

You can enable this option by talking to the Head Guard.
