I think it's basically due to higher priority updates taking precedent and for background updates to allow them to update some of the older sections of the site.

You can still format your text into bold / italics by simply manually typing [.b] [./b] text for example to surround the content you want made bold, for example (Obviously remove the full stop :P ). Not sure if the quote feature would apply to this, but it would definitely be nice to see the little buttons return.

Tbh, it would be nice to see our Clan Pages as a whole get updated to match the rest of the website. Everything has been moving over to these new designs, the forums, RuneMetrics, etc, and our Clan Pages still look the same as they have for years. ~ Sicariu
