I would like to be able to discuss clan issues with deputy leaders privately without having to go offsite for it or be limited by the ingame chat feature.
As it is now, we can make threads for public or private (private being the entire clan) view. I would like to go one further and be able to make threads specifically for certain ranks only. So would it be possible to add a few more toggle boxes to the list?
So it would be:
Private () Public () Deputy () Admin () and so on.
Always interested to get feedback and suggestions for the clan systems. Certainly an area we have overlooked for sometime.
Linking thread visibility to clan rank certainly makes sense - essentially a feature we could add one day. At present we sadly do not have the time to overhaul the clan areas as we have some other massive projects for 2016.
These projects once completed should allow us more time to focus on other areas of the site. This year we will be doing the legwork to better allow us to manage content so please do put forward suggestions like this. We do take note of them (even if it seams like sometimes we do not).

1/ support op toggle threads to rank
2/ get forums fixed / as we have no bold italics .....
3/ 10 toggle threads minimum
4/ normal forums control ie colour text
5/ onsite links and clan forum link thread ability
6/ if you do update clan forums give us advance warning thread.
Any chance you could give the ability to a certain set/adjustable rank (Admin+ or higher) to have clan forum moderating and management tools?
Would be very useful and necessary for general clan rule-breaking, or when someone posts in the wrong thread/section, as well as the need to hide some inappropriate (i.e. something someone has posted that you do not wish other members of the clan to see) or possibly off-topic/spam posts.
Also, I really hate how the
Edited
message goes into your post since it is in the same font and format as the text body of a post, and cannot even be separated by a line of space.
Supporting this idea. would be a very useful feature.

Toggle to limit visibility (to certain ranks) of certain threads or posts
, as Sookie Lala suggested.
-
Forum moderation and management tools for Admin+ or higher
(i.e. ability to hide and/or delete posts. At the moment, we can only delete threads).
-
Toggle for a thread that you can enable, where posts are automatically hidden once posted, and can only be viewed by Admin+ or higher
. Useful for clan members to privately and comfortably provide feedback, report issues and discuss certain (potentially sensitive) matters with the clan leaders. Posts by Admin+ or higher would be visible. Similar to how the 'Flag A Concern' and 'CLF Moderation Escalation' threads work in this forum.

Toggle to allow whether certain ranks may post on a specific thread
. Currently there is only a toggle which allows certain ranks to create a thread, but anyone may post on it. I believe a toggle exists to allow whether certain ranks can post or not, but it applies to all the threads and can't be limited to certain threads.

Edited message interferes with the content of a post
. It is annoying since it's in the same font and format and cannot even be separated by a line of space. Maybe even a whole design and interface overhaul, which would also allow colour codes and additional options for links and more. Also, but not much of an issue, when editing, the confirmation/submit button is 'Post Reply' rather than 'Update' or 'Edit', which could lead to confusion.

More stickies!
There's so many handy and useful threads that can be made which may not be meant to be posted on further (i.e. continually bumping every 2 weeks to make sure they don't disappear, since you're only limited to 5 stickies).
