^ I hassled my clan and got those who hadn't voted already to go vote when i saw it was on equal footing with the then leader.

Will continue to pester my clan until we get it ! or until everyone of them has voted. hehe

I think the issue was we didn't try to reach out to enough clans the last time around, there was also the issue of the focus being split on all 5 ideas.

Whilst this time we're focused on just the one idea. It's easier to advertise/ get support for 1 idea, which also happens to be an idea that is pretty hard to dislike (citadel updates for example are fairly divisive dependant on the individual/ clan).

This time right now if i'm honest - its not competing with much other than the one in rank second and the construction rework (which is also long long overdue).

This time round as I had more time I spent the last 2 days doing nothing but guesting in all the clans I know and getting their members to vote. (Jamo has been doing the same, we kept each other posted via Skype and TS on our progress lol, nothing like a bit of rivalry to help boost numbers)

Also as its coming closer to summer more and more players will be coming back and getting on so this is the perfect time to get this idea ringing!

Honestly speaking I'd love for this idea to hit 1k supports to ring long and clear to Jagex that we want clan updates, the community have supported it and that its a long over due project!

Yes that could also be a reason, plus the friendly competition between your clan and Jamo's is a great idea :) Great job on gaining support :D .

This makes me think we should all team up regularly on one big idea :D but this could be the last big clan update we ALL agree on, lol. It could be ideas in general ;)
