100% agree with this. The whole "no adult themes" is hard when in Runescape there will be a lot of them if you look hard enough. Loads of Family tv shows include innuendo, even the odd kids cartoon includes it. The whole point of innuendo is that kids don't understand it and don't pick up on it, and those who do might find it funny, it's never meant to be offensive. It's a 13+ game.

People bellow age of 16 require parents permission to play runescape. Also there are a lot of child programmes with adult humour which only adults actually get
