This is good intention and it has been agreed that we need some sort of inter-clan ban list. The problem though is that it'd be extremely hard to prevent abuse, and the "Naming & Shaming" rule still applies to private forums like CLF.

My clan leader was working on a clan fansite that would have a community-run "clan backlist," but plans for this website were cancelled when he took over for the DarkScape Wiki. @Lisaa_RS - Followed by @Runescape
