Both are meant to help people that just got access, yes. However, the thread I am working on delves into very specific suggestions. For example, Calm's thread explains why the citadel is hard to update, whereas the "do not suggest list" that will be on mine goes down to specific ideas that have been suggested multiple times.

The do-not-suggest list isn't all my thread will have either. It will also include a "what is and what is not appropriate for CLF," such as all the recent alliance threads - to give an example. Additionally, it will also have answers to common questions that do not relate to the CLF rules.

I would also like to point out that I will link to Calm's thread multiple times, and it will be in a list for useful threads to look at. @Lisaa_RS - Followed by @Runescape

I don't really think that someone who doesnt bother reading through a thread before posting is going to bother reading through another thread before posting :P Gl with your thread though

True but I don't think anything is going to help those people. I think Lisaa's thread is more for people who want to suggest something but don't feel like reading through 50 pages of CLF threads to see if it was suggested already.

That's pretty close actually! The general idea is for people to see if an idea they made has been brought up before, that's the main function for the do-not-suggest-list anyway. It's also going to have a can/can't do list. @Lisaa_RS - Followed by @Runescape
