Hmmm, apparently my clan had a similar thing going on last night after I got off
A guest was doing a giveaway, so like 5 or 6 clan members ended up running through the wilderness in Barrows Armour (Which was part of the giveaway) to get to the Pirate's Hideout for the grand prize X) @Lisaa_RS - Followed by @Runescape

That sounds quite suspicious.. Run through the wilderness with (relatively) expensive gear. Unless by "part of the giveaway" the guest had given them the armour? MrBrokenBow - Former Leader and Founder of
