So... I've been using google speadsheets for awhile now to help keep track of clanmate ranks in my clan, date of last promotion, rank points (theres 5 kinds), council roles, council role dates, black marks and even recording the last time each member did something helpful for the clan.

I didn't have any fancy formulas or scripts in the sheet besides a simple time stamp, but it has become a demand for the sheet to simply tell viewers if they can be promoted or not....

A couple things factor in to what makes a member eligible for promotion or not;
-If a recruit, do they have 5 points for corporal?..
-If a corporal, do they have 10 points?, (13, 16, 19, 22, 27, 32 etc)
-Has it been 14 days since the clanmates last promotion?
-Does the member have any Black Marks, (which can be appealed by spending rank points)

So, a member of my clan decided to go out of his way with my help to make a sheet that clanmates can view, find their name, and it will simply tell them if their next promotion is available or not so they can schedule a review among clanmates;
Promotion Available
or
Promotion Not Available

It will also say how many days they have left of their 2 week promotion cooldown.
The sheet will calculate that so clanmates and myself dont have to!
