And nice to meet you Zairward. Do you find it difficult to manage having so many different social media sites?
Nah most of the focus is on the offsite. Skype and Facebook are complements
Started to do some Twitter (requested from a fansite perspective) and not used to it yet. It takes time to keep you up to date in one social media and of course the more difficult the more you have. It would be easier if we had a large amount of staff members instead of just four. But we are working on it

That's a nice bit of scripting there.
We keep ours on Google Docs as it's been easier to add/delete new people when they leave or join.

About your event attendance. Who are submitting attendance? Just the host? Currently our members are to submit on on their own each time. Everyone are not submitting so just curious how you do and if it is successful?
Why everyone has to submit is because we think of maybe it is unfair if a few collect information about cap etc. It is possible to miss members and therefor having the wrong winner (it is a competition where the one with the highest score receiving a prize each month).

Hey, basically the host records and to be recorded the member has to be in the friend chat of the host. Also, to get an event point they have to attend 30+ minutes. So generally speaking no one gets missed
