Just did some math and fun calculations for the past 4 hours on my clan's recruits and corporals for an inactive kick session.
151 corporals:
86 inactive 180+ days (will be kicked)
24 semi-inactive 90-180 days
9 haven't gained exp, under 90 days
32 are currently active
108 recruits:
72 inactive 180+ days (will be kicked)
12 semi-inactive 90-180 days
14 haven't gained exp, under 90 days
14 are currently active

158 will be kicked
36 will be watched for further inactivity
23 are idle and safe under 90 days
46 are considered active

After kicking these accounts, we will have:
65 corporals / 36 recruits
Drops our numbers from 355 to 197. better to have a smaller clan with more active than a large clan with tones of inactives
and now, imma sit at runespan doing some easy skilling
