Re-added a facilities post

Note: Post about new quest, if you dont want minor spoilers dont look or w.e.
Just done the new quest, hated the last bit... took too long to try and find the ships to hit... And little annoyances such as misclicking the door and the bear that keeps reminding me to do things was bugging me... Apart from that it was a decent quest.
