Do you see yourself as the most important person of the clan? I do not. I believe that I am equal to everyone else. The gold key doesn't mean a thing, we are a family!
Have you ever kicked a person from your clan that you considered as a personal friend? I have done so before. It is tough to do this, but it's only fair to everyone else. I try my best to avoid any special treatment.
Do you like to give speeches to your clan? Hmm, well I do nag them about collecting their resources often. The citadel demands effort!
Do you lead your clan in wars? We have really only tried a Clan Wars event once. If we do it in the future, I won't take much part because I prefer skilling over combat.
Do you spend a lot of your time while playing RuneScape in your clan chat? I am almost always found in the clan chat; I try to keep up with conversations.
Are you able to control your anger when a member does something very wrong? I suppose I have exaggerated my anger or disappointment before. I attempt to solve problems rather than add to them, though.
Do you rank up people fast? Sometimes I feel that this person was ranked up too quickly, or this person deserved to be ranked up last week, but I just didn't get the chance to review it. In most cases, I base ranks on how helpful of a member they are, rather than a set-in-stone template going by weeks or months.
Do you speak with your clan members on MSM, Skype or other? No, everything is kept in-game or in the Clan Forum.
Have you ever taken leadership from another leader because he was lazy? I have demoted a highly ranked, respected member before, but it was what the rest of us felt was best.
Do you discuss clan problems with the whole clan and not only with the high ranked members? Problems such as Citadel maintenance, yes, I explain them to the whole clan. Problems involving a particular member(s) are only discussed with admins.
