depends, if they deserve my anger, then i unleash it. but in PM.

I personally dont do ranking, we have a nice policy to do it. typically takes 6 months to get star rank after joining.

facebook group, skype, clan forum.

many a time, i end up getting over it and building from the issue that caused it.

YUP - some were crazy, i wont go into that though.
