Given the changes as to how the Avatar works I think that is unlikely, though I would not rule it out entirely.

I'd rule it out entirely purely based on a developer stating it is unlikely. Which makes me hate the 'rework' even more.

The Clan Avatar rework is not about releasing things in batches, rather it is based on the reality that code for a persistent online game is incremental. Because of that making small changes to underpinning features can free you up to make bigger changes you would not otherwise be able to make. You can hold onto and hold onto those changes to release them in one big block, but that tends to mean more bugs are created and we are unable to bed in those underpinnings and establish their emergent behaviours.

Coding a Clan Avatar rework and then *not* releasing it just creates more work in the future. Mod MattHe | Former Community Manager, now in Events & occasional Lore Monkey
