To keep expanding your Clan, turning it more into a community, overspill Clans are the way to go - although I do prefer just to class them as extensions of the first Clan, rather than overspill.
You're going to start getting what I call the 'Yo-Yo' effect with members now;
members going inactive/ F2P which you'll need to replace with active/ P2P, only to find by the time you've done that, more have gone inactive/ F2P and need to repeat over and over.
That part is quite tedious, but necessary to keep a healthy active Clan.
The positive side - new Clan, new members, new management, new Citadel, new exciting start!
Good luck in growing your community sir
