We're currently kicking those that have been inactive for a year. If the size doesn't increase this won't be enough to handle all adventurer's that like to sign up along the way to 2016. We'd feel bad to move the 1 year of inactivity requirement

There is no best option for how to handle this situation, but you have to make sure that you don't change your entire clan's dynamics in order to compensate for your total member count.

This is exactly the process to follow. My advice is to make changes on the margins that don't impact the core concepts your clan has operated on since inception. Its important to retain your community identity and bring your team on board with the current situation and explain adjustments that need to be made as a result. Like I said, make gradual adjustments to suit your evolving situation and include your team in that process and you should be fine. Best of luck, and welcome to the 500 club
P.S. Why can't we pay bonds for more members? X D (100% joke and I will seriously quit if MTX is ever expanded into clans - period.)
