There are many approaches to leadership and teamwork. No one framework is perfect for all people or all occasions, but these are some excellent pointers to consider and use appropriately. Thanks for posting.
Interesting read! I'm disinclined to agree with Daskal on some phrases, but I'd like to see evidence to support the claims (not just subjective arguments) before drawing a conclusion. Pleonasms, for example, don't necessarily cause a linguistic kitsch

Exactly. Success is based on a variety of qualities and capability, not just language. Although I do appreciate your enthusiasm to help others, things like this are subjective.
One person can make these work as described, and others will fail - simply because of other variables. It's always just best to be yourself - and what works is 'chemistry'. There will always be somebody in agreeance and in opposition to you. Your goal as a leadership-ish person is always the same though: Set out to do what you set out to do, as best as YOU can.

Never said it is not a variety of things. Communication style is just
one aspect out of many.
It is simply an area which can be improved, similar to any other leadership area.
On the topic of "being yourself", whenever I hear that say I'm instantly reminded with a high degree sense of complacency. Often times, "being yourself" contributes towards problem(s). What I'm trying to advocate here is not about being a dishonest person or a poser, but rather, it is about not relying purely on ones natural instinct.
Many essential Leadership characteristics doesn't come instinctively/spontaneously, they have to be
intentionally
learned and practiced.
If Leaders don't invest in constantly enhancing and adjusting their leadership style
(and communication is an essential part of it)
, then they shouldn't be surprised if they become ineffective and non-current.

P.S. Some old man once said it's not what you say, it's how you say it. Maybe look beyond the words and see how people express them. That's what counts, and I understand why you want to sound professional - but in the real world if it doesn't come naturally you just look like you're trying to hard.
P.S.P.S I didn't read the article. I never read leadership articles, because all they do is tell me what I'm doing wrong.

Good for you. I'm sure there are other people whom are interested and will find it helpful.
I will not reply to the cynicism assuming the point is to look good, without
being
good. I have thoroughly addressed that in my earlier posts. Feel free to read them. Also, leadership articles can be (and are IMO) very helpful. Respectful constructive criticism is a good thing.
