Just to clarify, I have no way to contact them outside of RS so I can't tell him to contact jagex support etc.

Might have to just kick him until he recovers his account as a few of you suggested, thanks all for your help.

Kick them… there is no such thing as leaderboards. None of it matters as xp is bought/sold and not really a competition goal anymore.

On another note, I wish Jagex would take hacking/scamming more serious and actually put something in place to deter scammers/hackers. They are taking billions/trillions and no consequences to their actions. More and more players are wanting to become hackers/scammers because of Jagex is soft on them. Best wishes to all.

Jagex declared WAR on April 2nd, 2012 by implementing MTX.
