Neither Crystalmathlabs or RuneClan do recording of levels. Crystalmathlabs does record starting xp and RuneClan does not.
My clan competitions are divided into 4 classes, depending on the starting level of the participant, I group start levels into the 4 classes, so for example, Class 1 is from level 1 to 75 and Class 4 is from level 100+. This means 4 x 1st prize, but allows low level participants a chance to win.
In order to do this though, I set up a competition in RuneClan, then "scrape" the results when it finishes, then put that into an Excel spreadsheet. Start xp is easily calculated as final xp minus gains, and then the next step is using a lookup table to calculate the starting level. I know this sounds painful but once its set up you get used to doing it quickly.
