I have a clan event and we go get photos so that the forums shows our pic.
It a hat party.
So when we get new clan mates, and we are getting 2-3 daily sometimes...
we have a hat party.
It is not working any longer.
Its been at least a week. We take photos and nothing changes on forums.
Its embarrassing because I tell them that now they have a photo for forums. and we look and its not there.

Most of our clan mates are returning after being away for years. So we show them a lot of fun stuff in game.

All members in my clan need a forums photo to be ranked above sergeant

and sometimes my clan members break the camera by using ugly masks

I tell them to hit report the bug button and run


With all these mobiles taking selfies im sure it will be fixed soon

Be even better if it got moved to ge or combat academy

Hi Zeldafield,

That's a fun idea to host a hat party for your new members that includes a trip to the photo booth. Hopefully the booth will be working again soon so it doesn't put a damper on your parties.

Since clan leaders often get creative when it comes to group activities for their clans (and considering this involves a clan activity for you) it's not all that inappropriate to ask if it's on the list to fix.

It's been nice to see more posts on the forums lately. Please don't let some of the replies on your thread discourage you from posting here in the future.

Since the photo booth is not specific to clans though, I do think the original question in the opening post should rather have been put in a different section of the Forums.

It may not necessarily be the photobooth that's broken though and may be more an issue of getting the updated game image into the Forums and other parts of the website so probably Website and Forums might have been a better place to look for a solution, if there is one.

There are several posts about it already all over the forums (such as "RuneScape Forum Images" ) and there is actually a Mod response from last month on the issue here

Thanks for trying again, I hadn't had the opportunity since I was busy for the last few days.

I've now been able to sit at my PC and it is broken - quite badly. Its not something for the web team, so I've forwarded the problem along to the correct team and hopefully they'll get round to it ASAP :)

If you want to chase the issue up, you might want to post on that thread instead of in the Clan forums though as your post in Community Led Technical Support probably won't get a satisfactory response either.
