Dilapidating Citadel
Quick find code: 86-87-65-65793241
With all plots at tier 7 we need 26,250 resources, so just under 10 gatherers are needed – 3 avatars and 7 people. If you had 8 people plus the avas, (assuming they all fully capped) the only thing I can think of is that one or more of the resources didn’t meet the upkeep cost.
Careful use of the plot goals/locks and avatars has been necessary for us, plus keeping an eye on the Job List Interface, to ensure upkeep is met each week.

I can relate. Our citadel was dilapidated last build. On the bright side, you should be able to get things back to normal this week.
You've already done one of the things I was going to suggest and that's move the battlefield to the bottom of the order. You might also want to set your targets to what's required for the stronghold first this week. Doing this will ensure you protect it and get your avas back next tick.
I don't think it's beyond the realm of possibility that it was a game glitch. Making a bug report couldn't hurt.

If you are in danger of not meeting upkeep, try to make sure you at least get the full upkeep for the stronghold. That way you still keep the citadel itself and the avatars. Also try to meet the full upkeep for each individual plot you are attempting to meet upkeep for rather than collecting the full amount of each resource, and move the minions down the ranks. That way you get the most out of what you have collected and also hopefully only dilapidate a few plots.

Just checked it and thank you all for your responses. Yes we are sure we met all the targets. I did go ahead and submit a bug report. Some of my clannies are really overwhelmed by this. Something like this has never happened. We have a few that are going for 200m's and depend on the ava's everyday to help them achieve their goal so people are really upset by this. I Have a hard time recruiting people in and this makes it that much harder when you tell people that you have 3 avas and they guest in your cc to find out you have none. This is where our clan motto is really gonna come into play this week. "Team Work Makes the Dream Work".
