Clan leader change

Due to rl issues I would like to step down as leader.
I would like to promote a non deputy owner clan member to take my position.
The deputy clan owner is to remain where they are.
How do i do this?
I wish to remain in the clan in a support role.

Although you've already done it, my advice for anyone else reading this is as follows:
When the Leader steps down, one of the deputy owners gets promoted. If you want to make sure it's a set person, you have to demote everyone from deputy owner down at least a rank, and hope you can ask the new leader to re-promote them.
I'm not sure, but you also might be able to just alter someones rank to Owner/Leader.

Let's be honest though, if you don't trust the new leader to re-promote them, do you really want them to be the leader of your clan? :P MrBrokenBow - Former Leader and Founder of
