Here's another case though: How would you be able to determine with 100% accuracy if someone that was banned re-applied under an alt account that doesn't hint at their true identity? It sounds like for that, you'd need to check the I.P. Address of every person that requests access, and then try to match it up to people that are potentially banned. @Lisaa_RS - Followed by @Runescape
