When i check the interface, i see our 2nd avatar is with a person who just logged out but appears to be in w178. It's easy to just recall now but for other clannies who check what world has an avatar this may be a troll. Normally it should say offline instead of world xxx so hope this gets fixed soon

We have seen this happen too when people log out without dismissing the avatar. As you say, its easy to recall it, so we make sure that the person who goes to summon the next avatar recalls the missing one. Of course that sometimes can't happen if there are no other avatar wardens online at the time .

That seems to me like just a bug. We've had some minor hiccups with our noticeboard tracking the avatars as well, such as showing somebody having one summoned after they had dismissed it and logged out.

Yep, the data for the noticeboard can be up to 15 minutes old, there's nothing I can do about that I'm afraid - it's an engine limitation.

It lasts longer than 15 minutes. Until you recall the avatar or the player logs in to dismiss, the phantom Avatar will still be listed on the Noticeboard on the last world it was on. We tested this with our homeworld and it listed two avatars on that world (one from someone that logged out with Avatar and the other with the active Warden)
