Here is what happens to me on a daily occurrence.

Ms Cole: "CLAN NAME, recruiting! Message me or guest our clan chat!"

Player1: "Hey, I'd like to join! Send me an invite"

Ms Cole: "Information.. Bla Bla Bla Bla Bla....Would you still like to join?"

Player1: "YES"

---Ms Cole Sends An Invitation---
>>>Player joins the clan and says thank you<<<

---Ms Cole then realizes player is not in clan chat channel---

>>>Player has no idea how this has happened!<<<



This happens to me at LEAST 4 out of 10 recruits. Would it be possible to have the player automatically joined into clan chat if they've only just joined?

Some players leave their clan chats and then leave the clan and do not even realize they even left the chat, I guess...

Default - Already in Clan Chat Channel upon joining a new clan an option for future clan updates? "TVP"

Oh yea I was standing next to you the other day when I saw that happen for you ... and yes I feel it is very common. Also new people can't even work out how to chat sometimes. It really is overwhelming at first and I support your idea. I don't think that Jagex would actually agree to change someone's chat settings but maybe a warning message / notification could work?

Haven't had this issue for a while myself, but that's not to say I haven't had it before at all. I would love for this to be fixed for the people that are encountering this issue.
