Citadel Reset but I didn't

I'm the clan leader and it's my job to go up and reset the numbers every week. I set an alarm that I go up by in order to make sure our tick time doesn't move like it has in the past. I went up tonight and noticed that I was showing 2700/2700 and assumed that I went too early so went back down. Retried and again it was saying the same thing. It is showing we have 6 days 23 hours & 52 minutes on the clock, which meant the citadel should have reset. I am still showing 2700/2700. Please reset my resources on me as I am pretty good but not good enough that I could do 2700 resources in 8 minutes. I have tried logging completely out of the game and even bringing up a new client but it still shows me the same. It is imperative that I get to do my resources weekly so we get our upkeep.

It is only showing one person went up and that was after I had one of my clan members come up, plus he also checked my resources and saw the same ones I did this past week. Mine vary each week depending on what is left that we need. he was the #1 up there as it's not even counting me going up and then another clanmate went up which probably now ticked off #2.

I already have but decided it was best to also list it here & see if anyone else has ever had this happen. But also just trying to make sure it's documented in as many places as possible so hopefully a Jmod see's this and fixes it before our next reset.

it happened once to someone in our clan and we tried to post here as well. Didn't get a lot of feedback at the time :P Can see that thread here.

Can check the comments there, but basically said to report it and just have to wait out the week. I doubt it'd be fixed before your citadel would reset. Sorry I can't be of more help! I'm in no condition to post. Wait a minute - I don't have to listen to myself! I'm drunk

Thanks I sent the report within a few minutes of it happening, tho I feel it probably won't do any good. Just wish they'd fix more of these constant glitches that happen before it causes unnecessary hardships on clans. I hate being hung out to dry so to speak just because they don't want to acknowledge they have a problem. If it happens once they should have done something but to happen more times and I'm sure there have probably been a lot others this happened to then I doubt they really care anyways.
