KatKit for KitKat - not sure much can be done about that. Nor a space before numbers - but I am very pleased that the I-l-1 and other font issues have been sorted. We got our familiar scammer come in last week, pming clan members pretending to be one of our best pvm players - the difference in the font made identification very easy. Happy all round - not only no one scammed this time but they managed to string them along long enough to identify the main account behind the scammer :D An addition to our ban list and cross fingers the last we will see of them.

we need clan id cards

I try to make all members get a forums photo from photo booth.

Im very old and stuck in my ways i often wear something untill it falls apart and i have to part withit and dump it.

Some of you like to buy the most expensive gear you can or the most waky outfit you can.

you know most people in your class by sight and probably by name.

As i walk around runescape i see people i know because of how they look.

or because of the pet they have .

Every clan member has an orange dot and friends a green dot.

its basically up to clan leaders to tell clan members to open there eyes and look at the people they trade with if you dont know someone in the street are you going to give them your bank.

ive banned trust trading so if people do trade with someone its there own fault . i did this because someone left clan adamantly saying 1 of our richest clan members asked them for a loan and scammed them.

If its an identity scam its up to us to know the identity of who we are trading .


And im old and sometimes need to use the magnifying glass to read but thing i hate most is that red print used at harps its small dark and impossible to read

If its a warning shouldn't i be able to see it.

Mod Matthe et al, I want to thank you guys for this, from what I've seen this has absolutely smashed the frequency of these attempted clan scams.

Like others have said above, now they may try by mis-spelling a name, bu that is going to work far less frequently than an identical name.

I've only been made aware of a SINGLE incidence of an attempted clan scam since this update, so it clearly looks like their heart isn't in it anymore :P

Imo it broke their spirit & had the desired effect.
