I wasn't posting in CLF at this time, but I did have access and was lurking. I'd just like to add that it appeared that a lot of feedback was ignored. The tone of the notice (In my opinion) felt like it was along the lines of "Here's what we're doing and we won't negotiate."

The Ninja team are looking at some of the plans that ComDev had in relation to Clan Funneling, including your feedback on the current probabtion/cooldown system. It is at design discussion stage atm and a Dev Blog is planned for feedback before development begins.
