The clan noticeboard now displays the name and world of clan Avatar Wardens.
Ok nice, but why the noticeboard? Also only the clan avatar wardens in general? Because there could be about 20 of them on 20 different worlds and only 1 has the avatar... Seems kindof useless here, or is that just me?

A runestone has been added to the Avatar habitat that allows clan members with correct permissions to recall avatars back to citadel. Wherever the avatar is it will be de-summoned and will immediately return to the citadel.
Now THIS is useful, however does it apply to an avatar that is logged out - and how does it work if there's more than one avatar summoned?
1. Noticeboard probably since it's the closest place from the portal with an interface, I'm not sure if they would've been able to integrate it into the citadel map interface instead - seems technically difficult. As for tracking, they mean
active
Avatar Wardens (i.e. ones holding the avatar).
2. Yes, it especially applies on an avatar that is logged out. There are three slots for the three avatars and, as a result, a button for each I believe.

Noticeboard is accessible wherever you are, via the clan list. Not sure what the rest of your question is about. Try out the feature and see what you think.

Clan vexillums placed in the stands at the Clan Camp and Burthorpe will persist for 30 minutes unattended to advertise your clan while you play elsewhere.
Wasn't it that limit anyway? Honestly though, to make the clan camp useful it should be the same as placing a vex normally - until logout/re-equipping the vex.
No, you had to stay close to them else they would disappear.

Yes it does recall if the warden is offline. Go try it out.

I'd rather see no Clan Plan and several updates, than a Clan Plan and no updates c=

Yes, and u can choose which avatar, it opens a screen with the 3 avatars. The order is the same as on tracker/built in case one of the avatars is out. So just check noticeboard to not recall the wrong one

TAPP was productive today. Roughly half way through converting generic admin permissions to specific permissions! No idea if it will ever see the light of day tho, will be time consuming to test. Every rank for every action, with and without them enabled.
