I have been having problems with a particular clan specifically targeting my members and recruiting them into theirs. These are not active members, but my most active ones.

A while ago, one of my members was kicked for scamming, so he joined the clan in question and since then, has been working against us. He pulled one member over, and then those two started to work on another member so on and so forth.

These are not just any members, but my close friends. The people poaching have not been guesting in the clan chat, I am just losing friends with no hint or indication of their plans to leave. I don't know what to do

This is something that we have all had to deal with. There is nothing you can do. Be honest with your remaining clannies about what has transpired and hope that their loyalties are stronger than that of your recently departed.

I wish I had better advice for you. :( Best of luck.

We once had a simular issue like this aswell. It will atleast determ which clannies are the most loyal so maybe u can also reward them for their loyalty so it is harder for them to leave a clan where they are an admin for example.

Try to not let clannies know which other clan is targetting yours and just say that they need to think before they leave your clan... In time the other clan likely will die out or members will return as they noticed your clan is more nicer or w/e reason they joined in the first place.

Honesty is always the best policy. Let those with you know what is happening without making the other party seem like the bad guy(s) - not easy to do, but what you don't want is for the clan to think they are caught in a personal fight between you and the other person(s).

Those who love the clan will stay and make the clan a better place, and you will find out who you real friends are. Its a tough time and will try your every resolve. But what doesn't kill you will make you stronger, and you can come out of this a better, stronger and tighter clan because of it. The other clan wont last long where it is built from resentment and lies.

My pm is always on as you know, if you want to rant or vent to someone .

If you treat your clan mates all the same way and be truthful with them when you kick some one or if someone leaves you shouldn't have these problems, I tell my clan members not everyone will love us but those who do will stay for life =-)

What I've found is they'll come back if you don't ex-communicate them. Re-evaluate your friendships with them, decide who you still want to talk to, and then be friendly towards them. Don't speak harshly against the person that's poaching your clanmates, that will just push them away more. Instead, be polite and sociable, and if they ask about the clan, tell them it's doing wonderfully, but that people miss them and would like to see them back and with their old clan rank.

The majority of the time, they will return.

Many of us have had this T-Shirt. I would advise 100% non emotional honesty with your clan. Let it be known that the clan is under attack, from whom (the Clan and the individual behind it) and why. Let your Clan know they should expect pm messages and/ or guests in cc. Those that jump ship would not be good long-term members anyway and those that stay will close ranks to protect their own turf making your Clan stronger.

I had this happen a long time ago. I made it clear that people were free to leave if they wanted to but I would love for them to stay. Surprisingly the people I thought would leave, stayed and are now crucial members of our clan. The members that left for the new clan ended up leaving that one too.

Just be honest with them and stay calm, focused, positive and respectful. Don't let it get to you, it will all work out. For our clan, it ended up as a positive as it showed me, (and each other) the members who were loyal and dedicated to our clan and that our members really did care about the clan and where it was heading.
